John started AJ's in 2001 as an offshoot of the gun business he opened back in 1980. Over 45 years of hunting and sporting-goods know-how went into building what's now one corner-store-turned-warehouse of bows, crossbows, firearms, and everything that goes with them.
What started as a small corner of the shop took over the whole building. Today AJ's carries Mathews, Hoyt, Bowtech, PSE, Xpedition, Parker, Excalibur, Ravin, Mission, and Stryker, alongside the accessory brands serious shooters already trust — QAD, HHA, Trophy Ridge, Spot Hogg, and more.
