We aim to please! AJ’S Archery LLC & The Gun Shop LLC offer a 30-day return policy on most products.
We’ll accept return requests for items that are unopened, unused, with the original tags still intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received.
Due to the nature of our business we do not accept returns for Firearms, Ammunition, Bows, Arrows, Crossbows, Black Powder Rifles/Muzzleloaders, Gun Powders (black powder, smokeless black powder and reloading powder), Primers, any Electronics, Optics, Special Order items and Gift Cards.
Certain returns will be handled under the manufacturer’s warranty or return policy.
If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within 30 days of the date you purchased your item. Items purchased November 15th-December 24th have until Jan 15th to request a return.
Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved.
Returns with an original sales receipt or pack slip will receive a refund based on the initial form of payment.
Returns without an original sales receipt or pack slip must be returned using a valid ID and will receive a store credit for the lowest selling price.
Returns with a gift receipt will be offered a gift card or even exchange.
If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within 30 days. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 315.655.2697 within 10 days of receiving your product to begin the process.
Unless a defective or incorrect item was shipped you are responsible for the cost of return shipping with tracking and insurance. After you’ve submitted a return request to email@example.com or called us at 315.655.2697, we will send you a PDF of a return shipping label. Please print it out and affix to your package. We will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund. All approved returns can be returned at our store.
Final Sale Items
If the item is marked “final sale”, it does not qualify for a return and cannot be refunded.
All returns will ship with insurance and tracking.
